I find this product to be of good quality. The batteries last 6 to 7 days when they are in my hearing aids. Shelf life of the product appears to be excellent also.

I purchased these batteries, thinking there may be a few 'duds', sad to report there are many, very frustrating for the wearer!

We're sorry to hear you had an issue with the batteries. This shouldn't be any duds, as they are the same batteries sold in our local clinics. If you have defective batteries, they can be replaced within one year of the purchase date. Please contact us at orders@connecthearing.ca or you may exchange them at your local Connect Hearing clinic.

Product took quite a long time to arrive. It was well packaged and exactly what we had ordered. As our Connect Hearing Centre is very close to where we live, on line ordering is not as convenient as picking up in person, but right now they aren't open.
