Connect Hearing Canada Return Policy

Hearing aid batteries may not be returned for store credit or refund.
Defective batteries can be replaced within one year of the purchase
date. For sanitary purposes, Ear Plugs & other hearing protection, Domes, Retention Locks, SlimTubes, and Dry
and Store Hearing Aid Cleaners may not be returned for credit unless the
unit is defective.
All other products may be returned within 30 days of
purchase.
Return shipping to Connect Hearing is at the expense of the
customer. In addition, products returned must contain original packaging
and be in saleable condition.
